Biznocular Editorial Guidelines

Biznocular.com strives to maintain and promote a quality directory and search engine for professional businesses and advertisers. In order to be considered for inclusion in the Biznocular.com Directory and to help build a high-quality, user-friendly Directory the Editorial Guidelines below must be met. This is not meant to be exhaustive, but only to summarize some of the criteria utilized by Biznocular.com editors.

Minimum Requirements for Directory inclusion:

• Must be small business-to-business oriented
• Must be live (not under construction) and navigable
• Must be in English or contain an English language version. We will only map to the English version.

Web sites we do not accept include:

• Adult-oriented sites
• Hate sites including violence and/or racially, or ethnically offensive material
• Online Pharmacy sites
• Online Gaming sites
• Retail Tobacco sites
• Sites with no original content
• File sharing and peer-to-peer networking sites
• Multi-level marketing sites
• Registration-Required only sites
• Slow loading sites
• Mirror web sites or redirect URLs
• Sites where the URL "impersonates" a company brand
• Web sites that exist framed within another web site

Biznocular.com will not include web sites that contain any content, products, services or other information that, in Biznocular.com's determination, in its sole discretion, may be illegal under any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation. Biznocular.com will also exclude web sites that Biznocular.com, in its sole discretion, believes may infringe upon or violate someone's property or other rights.

Title and Description Guidelines:

Titles and Descriptions submitted should follow the guidelines detailed below:

• Official Company Name must be included in the Title
• Descriptions must be no more than 255 characters
• Must use standard grammar, punctuation, and spelling
• Avoid superlatives, such as "The Best," "#1", etc.
• No calls to action such as "Buy", "Order Now", etc.
• No contact information such as phone number or email address
• Avoid numerical facts that could change over time
• Descriptions should be written in an impartial voice
• No obscene content
• No excessive capitalization
• Use only 1 space between sentences
• If using the word FREE, the landing page must clearly show the FREE offer

Your description will be reviewed by Biznocular.com's editors for compliance with our editorial guidelines and changes or modifications may be made.
