I purchased a neon sign from Signswork and it lasted 2.5 years before dying out. Neon signs should last between 15,000 and 25,000 hours or at my rate of usage 6+ years. When I informed their customer service department of my situation and asked how long the sign should last. They replied replied "The sign would last about 2 maybe 3 years". For $260 it wasn't worth it. They're cheaper in price and now I know why. Buyer beware.
